TFM Soundworks

The Middlesbrough Live Academy, which opens later this month, has announced major partnership deals with a trio of organisations from the area.

The venue, on Linthorpe Road Middlesbrough, has agreed a naming rights deal with TFM Radio and will now be called the 'TFM Soundworks'. The local station will be promoting the venue on air and across its website and social media outlets. A live outdoor broadcast facility will be created to allow shows to come live from the backstage area capturing all the excitement of the big gigs coming to town.

The TFM Soundworks will also be providing opportunities for young musicians to perform at the venue, which will be supported by TFM's music industry links and hopefully lead to more young talent like James Arthur and Amelia Lily coming from the area.
