Summer Exhibition 2017 at the Royal Academy Tickets

The Summer Exhibition is the world’s largest open submission art show. All the work on display has been selected from over 12,000 entries by a panel of Royal Academicians, which this year includes the artist Yinka Shonibare MBE RA, the architect Farshid Moussavi RA, and the 2017 coordinator Eileen Cooper OBE RA. Eileen Cooper is also the first female Keeper of the RA Schools, a school of contemporary art located in the RA building.

As in previous years, most works are for sale, giving you the chance to browse and buy original artworks. The Summer Exhibition marks the start of the summer season in the London art world. Think cocktails in the courtyard on a Friday night, celebrations across the RA campus and a special series of events bringing the galleries to life.
