Glasgow garage rock duo HONEYBLOOD and Swedish hypnotic sensation JOSEFIN ÖHRN among the first wave of acts announced for sixth edition of Manchester Psych Fest on 1st September 2018.

Spread across three leading Northern Quarter venues – Band on the Wall, Night & Day Café and Soup Kitchen, festival organisers have built upon last year’s pledge to engage more women in psychedelic music art, making a conscious effort to book more female acts for this year’s line-up, including SHE DREW THE GUN, YASSASSIN & ILL, completing the first wave of mesmerising acts.
Furthermore, the festival has reached out to female creative directors who worked on last year’s event in an attempt to create a fully immersive A/V experience for the festival-goer.
The all-day event will host an array DJs too including TWISTED SISTERS & DJ JOACHIM KUHN. A second wave of live acts and a selection of DJs will be announced soon.
Tickets go on sale from 9am, Friday 20th April, starting at £12.50 for extreme early birds via dice.fm. All tickets grant access to all three venues.
