The Venue Management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the
ticket or as displayed on the premises, to:-
i. Advise customers that any complaints regarding the show or view from the seats should be made to the Duty
Manager promptly, prior to or during the performance/event/exhibition.
ii. Refuse to exchange, refund or duplicate this ticket, refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises, search the ticket
holder, or request the ticket holder to leave the premises and take any appropriate measures to enforce such request.
iii. Eject or seek to prosecute any person who causes injury e.g. surfers, stage divers, drunkards.
iv. Not allow the use of any camera, audio equipment or mobile phone. Video surveillance equipment is in use and data is used
in accordance with Data Protection Act. The venue owns the rights to any visual image generated in the halls involving the
ticket holder. By attending the event you consent to being filmed/recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast
v. Cancel or abandon the performance, change the bill, programme timings or customer seating where necessary without
compensation for damages consequential or otherwise.
vi. Insist that under 16?s are accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age - no more than 3 minors per adult. No under 5?s.
vii. Advise customers that the Box Office primarily acts as an agent of sale.
viii. Advise customers that the terms and conditions of this ticket are contractual and to revoke their obligation to return their
ticket within 4 days of purchase.
ix. Advise customers that high levels of noise could damage hearing. Ear plugs can be purchased from the venue.
x. Tickets are sold for private use and we monitor their sale and resale. If we have reason to believe that tickets are being
resold, we may invalidate them without compensation and refuse entry to the premises.
xi. Only food and drink purchased from the venue may be consumed on the premises. No drinks containers are permitted on
xii. Your details may be shared with the promoter/agent of the event.
xiii. Require latecomers to wait for a suitable break in performance determined by the hall manager before being admitted.
xiv. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need wheelchair space or have other specific personal requirements, so we
can make the necessary arrangements on your arrival. NB, All tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis.
