Described by The Guardian as the pioneer of 'folk-rock fusion', Raghu's live performances deliver songs in a fluid combination of English, Hindi and Kannada set to virtuoso guitars and violin, drawing on blues, reggae, Rock, Bhangra, Latin and Sufi. His debut self-titled album became India's biggest selling non-Bollywood record in 2009 paving the way for a meteoric rise to fame. With tours in Australia, Abu Dhabi and the US, Raghu performed at premier world music festival Womad in the UK before embarking on a 15 date tour which saw him appearing on the coveted Later with... Jools Holland.
