The Pylons Tickets

Lincoln-based indie band The Pylons have, over the last few years, been developing their unique feel good sound with it’s raw lyricism and head-bobbing, foot-tapping melodies sure to get you moving. Their debut EP release “Pictures of the Past” highlights this perfectly - described as “anthemic” by their local BBC Introducing team.

However, it’s when they play live that these lads really excel with upbeat, energetic and lively sets. They’ve already supported the likes of Scouting for Girls, Saint Raymond, Amber Run & Dog Is Dead and played prestigious venues around the UK including the Royal Albert Hall. They are no strangers to the festival scene either, the summers of 2014 & 2015 saw them travel around the country playing sets at Y Not Festival, SO Festival, BSTK, Beat Herder and Jamie Oliver’s The Big Feastival. All of these developed the band’s passion for playing live at festivals and this year is no different having been selected by Scouting for Girls to play the main stage at BSTK and most recently, to play on the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury.

Hotly tipped by BBC Introducing, The Pylons have had numerous plays on the East Midlands show with a live session for them, seeing over 100k views in two weeks. The Pylons have also accumulated over 400k plays on Spotify. The band were also featured by Radio 1’s Huw Stephens as “a great live band to look out for”.
