Through the ancient practice of meditation drumming Katie Creuynni will lead participants on a guided journey into the Awen, the Welsh term for the inspirational muse of artists, more commonly refered to as the subconscious mind, to allow greater access to personal creativity and knowledge.

This workshop includes an artist talk.

Katie works as an awenydd (a Welsh term similar to the word shaman) and bodyworker in North Wales. Katy combines ancient wisdom and modern practices to help people physically, mentally and spiritually.
