"Everything's fine. Sex, talk, life, everything.

Until you want to get 'closer', to get 'better'.

Do you know what the you want?"

David Mamet's seminal play 'Sexual Perversity in Chicago' is a razor sharp, 'take no prisoners' witty but sensual diatribe on sexual politics in the middle of the so called 'sexual revolution' in the late 60's & 70's.

Bernie, a man caught out of time struggling to make sense of the emancipation of women when it comes to the bedroom. He is trying to educate his young friend, Danny in the ways of the world (or at least Bernie's world) in how women 'like to be treated'?

Joan and Deborah, two feisty young career women are more or less going through the same process with equal devastating consequences. 'Sexual Perversity in Chicago'  is  a play about men, woman, sex the inability of most of us to really say what we feel or mean and the mess we get into due to miscommunication and the wrong use of words when it need it most.

The play deals with adult themes with strong language and not suitable for children or persons under sixteen

Age restrictions: 16+
