What better way to start you day, yoga & brunch! This is an energetic, alignment-based flow yoga practice which adapts yoga to the individual rather than the individual to yoga. Followed by an exciting and nourishing vegetarian brunch with purpose. With carefully selected ingredients, our aim is to energise your body, satisfy your mind and tantalise your taste buds. Happy tummies make happy people! And brunch just happens to be our favourite meal of the day. Vegan friendly and gluten free.
