Lowry Outlet Garden Party 2014 @ MediaCityUK
Brand new for 2014, the Lowry Outlet Garden Party at MediaCityUK is a three day celebration of outdoor living, gardens, plants, flowers and lots more. The event features appearances by big names from the gardening world, including ‘Gardeners’ World’ star Carol Klein and ‘Ground Force’ legend Charlie Dimmock. Visitors will also be able to browse over 80 stalls, enjoy free family activities, live music and be able to sample the finest regional food and drink.
- Charlie Dimmock - Saturday 12th April
The lovely Charlie Dimmock – star of the BBC’s Ground Force (which remains to this day the biggest gardening show to have graced TV screens) – joins us at the Garden Party to entertain and educate her audience with live demonstrations and top tips, plus opportunities to ask questions. Charlie will be covering a different topic at each appearance.
- Carol Klein - Sunday 13th April
Gardeners’ World star Carol Klein is sure to be a big hit at the Garden Party. Her friendly and down-to-earth nature and boundless knowledge and enthusiasm for gardening and the great outdoors have seen her become one of the UK’s most popular and in demand green-fingered experts. Carol will cover different topics at each appearance, and will happily answer questions from the audience.
Ticketed talks and demonstrations will take place in the all-seated ‘Pavilion Marquee’, located in the Piazza at MediaCityUK which is fully accessible for disabled visitors.
