Introducing... Ghetto Child - a new bi-monthly club night at The Ruby Lounge celebrating the soulful sounds of funk, disco, jazz, house and more - bringing along some of the best selectors around to soundtrack the occasion, alongside carefully selected residents!

For the launch, legendary British DJ, Norman Jay (MBE) is joining us for a special extended Good Times set.

Norman’s contribution to dance music in the UK can not be underestimated; he coined the term ‘Rare Groove’, co-founded London dance station KISS FM and the iconic Good Times Sound System; a staple of Notting Hill Carnival. Having been present and a key figure through several musical movements in the UK over the years, it’s no surprise that Norman was awarded an MBE for his services to DJing in 2002.
