Time Slots & Booking Procedures:
When booking tickets for Santa's Grotto you just need to select the amount of tickets for the children attending, if you are bringing 3 or 4 children then you can take advantage of the family ticket.
If you require a family ticket then please select ONE ticket as displayed next to each family ticket category, this will automatically select the amount of tickets needed for you.
As you will see below all tickets will be part of a time slot, within the hour time slots below it will work on a first come first seen basis. There are only a handful of time slots within the hour so everyone will be seen!
If you do however require a specific time slot then please call the hotel to book.
