An Evening with Ray Brooks or 'As If By Magic, The Genius of Mr Benn'
Come and enjoy a relaxed evening with Brighton-born actor Ray Brooks. Ray made his name in the 1965 film The Knack... and How to Get It. He was in the Ken Loach TV film Cathy Come Home, in the comedy drama Big Deal and returned to TV as Pauline Fowler?s love interest in EastEnders. However Ray's main claim to fame is that he gave voice to the much loved children's TV character Mr Benn. For one night only, Ray will be giving a live interview about his (and Mr Benn's ) life and show business times.
This performance takes place in the auditorium at the Brighton Little Theatre.
