HAVE A BALL AT SCOTLAND’s BIGGEST FAMILY PANTO this Christmas!
Starring John Barrowman and The Krankies, returning to Glasgow's Clyde Auditorium this year to star in the most magical and popular pantomme title of them all, Cinderella. Joined by Glasgow's own X-factor star Melanie Masson.
International television, film and recording star John Barrowman will lead the cast in as the loveable and cheeky Buttons in the production which also stars Scottish panto stalwarts and comedy double-act The Krankies, providing some hilarious antics with Jimmy Krankie playing Button’s brother ‘Zip’ and Ian Krankie as Baron Hardup.
New Scottish talent Rachel Flynn will join this year’s cast in the role of Cinderella and completing the headline cast is Glasgow's own Melanie Masson, who plays The Fairy Godmother. Melanie became a household name in the 2012 season of X Factor after stunning the public and judges with her powerful renditions.
With unique special effects and a strong twist of local humour, the traditional rags-to-riches fairy-tale will be brought magically to life on the Clyde Auditorium stage.
Amongst the special effects in this year’s show will be an amazing flying Pegasus, which will ensure that Cinderella is taken to the Ball in style
