EMAIL and POSTAL NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE.
In our commitment to make the Venue accessible, we will provide those ticket holders that require full time assistance with a free ticket for a personal assistant for access to the designated area(s).

You will be required to provide copies of recent (2011) DLA letters that show what your current level of care allowance is. We appreciate that some people may require assistance but not receive DLA, please contact us to discuss your access requirements. When you buy a ticket for a performance at the Borderline through any outlet you automatically qualify for this scheme, you will receive a confirmation email which you must present on arrival at the event. It's that simple!

We do ask that only those people that would be unable to attend an event without the full time assistance of someone query through this scheme. The scheme is only available to ticket holders, so children aged 14 and under or Under 16 year olds unaccompanied by an adult over 18 are not eligible. Please note age restrictions may vary and Club Nights are strictly Over 18s only.
Each request will be looked at individually. The scheme is run on a first come first served basis up to the capacity of the Venue's designated area(s).
We don't send out free tickets in advance: they are issued at the event.

On the evening of an event, we advise Deaf and ambulatory disabled customers to arrive at the Venue 15 minutes prior to the doors opening. When you arrive, Staff will be available to assist you if required. Please refer to the Box Office upon early arrival.

FACILITIES
The property does not have an adapted welfare facility available.

DESIGNATED AREAS
Sole and/or accompanied ambulatory disabled persons will be seated nearest the stage.
There will be no specific announcements prior to the use of strobes and lasers. Strobe flicker rates will be at or below 4 flashes per second.

ACCESS
There are no steps into the building; there are 23 steps into the Auditorium, split into 3 flights of stairs with 2 landings.
The designated area is located by the end of the bar closest to the stage, and can accommodate up to 3 customers plus their PAs
There are two bars that are fully accessible.

PARKING
Westminster Borough is a dedicated participant in the European Blue Badge Scheme. As long as you display your badge and clock correctly, you can park in any shared use bay in the borough free of charge. This applies to all badge holders, not just borough residents.
There is, however, a limited number of Disabled Use bays in the borough, which any Blue Badge holder can park in. Blue Badge holders can also park on a single yellow line for up to 3 hours.
The premises are located within the Congestion Charge Zone, which runs Mondays to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. If you are a valid Blue Badge holder, you are eligible to register for a 100% discount.
Alternatively, the nearest car park is NCP on Brewer Street.
