ACCESS INFORMATION:
Lift access to all levels of the auditorium and wheelchair spaces are situated on each floor (subject to availability). Please contact Box Office for further information and to talk about your specific requirements.
Accessible toilets are available at Stalls and Circle levels.
Unfortunately, the audio induction loop does not effectively cover every seat in the auditorium.
Please note members of Leeds Hard of Hearing Forum have visited City Varieties to test the loop system; they have reported back that while the experience varied for different people, the overall consensus was that the following areas had good coverage:
- - Stalls: Rows G ? T (either end of the row was weaker, but still ok)
- Circle: Rows D ? G
The group felt that Upper Circle was not appropriate for the hard of hearing as the stage was too far away to lip read clearly. There is no loop coverage in side stalls or boxes.
Guide Dogs are welcomed and a bowl of water can be provided upon request.
