TradFest Tickets

TradFest is feast of culture in Edinburgh, Scotland's Festival City.

Enjoy music, song, dance, storytelling, exhibitions, parades, folk drama, family events, guided walks, talks, arts and crafts, and all as Scotland celebrates the traditional season of May Day/Beltane – the start of summer!

TradFest is rooted in the past yet resonating in the present as it looks at the ways people have been inspired by the traditional arts, often looking at key moments in their lives for a sense of revival and rebirth.

TradFest is organised by TRACS (Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland) which is based at the Scottish Storytelling Centre. The Festival is grateful to its funders – Creative Scotland and City of Edinburgh Council.

But equally we thank all the participating venues and the many artists and organisations who have helped devise the programme.
