Tom Hingley was the lead singer with manchester band Inspiral Carpets for 23 years and for all of the hits. After parting with the band in 2011 and an irreconcilable schism developing between him and his ex-band mates, Tom somehow found the energy to sing with Jimmy, Larry, and Dave from fellow Manchester band James at a charity show; guest with Carter USM at their recent Brixton Academy and Leeds O2 academy shows; write a new album, and also produce a lusty milk-hungry daughter, Mabel.
Tom plays originals from his 37 years in music, and many classics from his estranged band's most successful eras.
