Within four weeks of Taking Hayley forming they had recorded and released two tracks of their own material from their EP through Myspace and YouTube. On top of that they headlined a sellout show in their hometown. This really defines how exceptional and driven this young, talented group are and it is mirrored in their forever growing fanbase.
The band claim that they are influenced by similar groups within the pop/rock genre including Paramore, You Me At Six and All Time Low.
Since their first show they have gone from strength to strength. In February 2011 they sold out a headline show at the O2 Academy Birmingham within weeks of the tickets going on sale. Taking Hayley have worked hard over the past few months to become well known within the Midlands and across Britain. They have recently been playing shows around the country and just come off tour with “The Summer Set” as part of the Ourzone tour playing in front of 300+ crowds every night.
