There’s no gain without pain at Scott’s spin sessions, he has the members of “Spinning World” working up a constant sweat. Anne, Katy, Christine, Sophie and Paula are his class regulars at the women’s gym, who are of all ages and sizes. Whilst training towards a sponsored 50-mile ‘Spinathon’ and raising money for a good cause, the women battle with their day-to-day stresses, strains and anxieties through the power of exercise, resulting in both a hilarious and heart-breaking chain of events.
