Cris Quammie, started performing in Trinidad & Tobago working with Sean Paul, Shaggy, Anslem Douglas, Beenie Man and Lenny Kravitz. He then moved to the USA and toured as an R&B, Soul and Motown artist from Detroit to the Caribbean, New York, San Francisco, Europe, Asia and the UK.
Cris has an incredible voice and vocal range and his sound and singing style have been compared to that of Levi Stubbs of The Four Tops. Lenny Kravitz said of Cris: “He is a pleasure to watch & listen to.”
Cris has performed on UK TV for the Queen Mary 2 Cruise Ship birthday celebrations (BBC), Anthony Joshua’s Victory Tour, performing with Lenny Kravitz and on ITV’s Starstruck.
Cris takes great pride in paying tribute to the legendary acts who pioneered the sounds of Soul & Motown and also celebrates more contemporary artists continuing this distinguished tradition such as Bruno Mars and Pharrell Williams.
