What is it?: Its a private party hosted by Dundee’s coolest bar and The Rhumba Club.
Where is it?: You'll find out when you arrive.
When is it?: Sunday 26th August 2018. It starts at noon and ends at 11pm.
Whats On?: A massive selection of seriously talented DJs, hand picked to offer something different that befits the occasion.
How do I get there?: We supply the transport. We meet at Bird and Bear, Dundee at 11am.
How do I get home?: We supply the transport back to Bird & Bear, Dundee. We all leave the secret place at 11pm sharp.
I’m not from Dundee, so how do I attend?: We really have to get everyone there and back in a secret manner, so everyone must come via the transport we supply to/from Bird & Bear. We do have an option for people to return in time for the last trains home to Aberdeen (& any stops on the way) and Edinburgh (and any stops on the way). What about food and drink?: We supply everything. Simples.
Should I bring money?: You don’t have to as is unlikely you will need any on site as everything is supplied, but if you leave early, you may need to pay for your own transport. We don’t recommend this option! There could be other services on offer, so a bit of cash on you would sensible, especially if you are in town early or have a drink on your return to Dundee.
How much is it?: £100 cash. This is the donation from everyone to cover all the costs of promotion, staffing, paying to set it up from scratch, everything we listen to, stand in, sit on, see, drink, eat, get driven by and of course get served by. And then clear it all away.
What do I wear/bring?: Yourself, your pals (so go and ask them now please), clothes and accessories that match the weather. And cigarettes if you smoke (this is important). If you are bringing a mobile phone, bring it fully charged as there are no sockets on this site.
Is there a guest list/VIP area?: Everyone will be in the same area as we are all VIPs - and No - we can’t let you in for free as we are not mad.
