Formed in 2000, Robots In Disguise are an electro band based in London and Berlin. Dee Plume and Sue Denim are the only two members as of 2008, apart from a drummer named Ann Droid. Sue and Dee met whilst students in Liverpool, and have taken their stage names from the word for a writer’s pen name: “nom de plume” (Dee Plume) and the word for an assumed name “pseudonym” (Sue Denim).
