Frequently Asked Questions

Do adults need a ticket?
The cost of one ticket includes one child and one adult only. Any additional adults will need to purchase an additional ticket. Any adults who show up without children won’t be allowed in so please make sure that you arrive and enter the building with the rest of your group.

What age is Rave-A-Roo suitable for?
Rave-A-Roo is primarily an event for children, aged between 3 and 10 years old, but all ages can enjoy the show and a dance!

How loud will it be?
We’ll carefully monitor sound levels to suit little ears.

How long will Selfridges X Rave-A-Roo be?
Around 1 and a half hours long.

Can I take my buggy in?
Bring your buggy with you by all means but for safety reasons it must be left in our dedicated buggy park in a separate area of the store. Who wants to dance with a buggy anyway? Items are left at your own risk.

Which entrance do I use?
Selfridges Trafford will be closed to all non-ticket holders for the duration of the event - therefore please enter via the regent's crescent car park doors on Upper Level. Unfortunately, access will not be permitted through any other door.

Can I shop whilst raving?
Due to Sunday trading laws, you will not be allowed to make any purchases until 12pm. We will be open to the general public for browsing from 11.30am so, after raving, please feel free to explore the store!

Can I redeem my £10 ticket fee on another day?
Unfortunately, your ticket is only redeemable from 12 - 6pm on 24 September 2017.
