The Free Spiritual Centre presents Rafiki Jazz one of the world’s most diverse bands uniting the sounds and lyrical roots of Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America as part of an eight-date UK tour of their immersive stage show UP CLOSE!

This nine-piece world music collective, with wide-ranging nationalities, faiths and musical approaches, deliver eight original tracks that bring together iconic cultural instruments such as  Caribbean steel drums, Indian tabla, West African kora, Arabic oud and Brazilian berimbau with a whole set of world languages from Urdu to English and Gaelic to Hebrew, to truly shine together in a show-stopping expression of peace, international collaboration and sheer creative curiosity.
