Gary Phethean, songwriter and musician from manchester started writing and playing guitar in his late teens, now with over 200 songs under his belt, he is performing live as phre the eon and he fronts an indie funk rock pop 3 piece band of the same name, with Gary on vocals and guitars with rhythm provided by Burg on bass and Colin Ramage on drums.
Gary writes songs based around improvised ideas, and although there are many artist that inspire him, he is creatively influenced by what he hears in his head and by the words that just so happen to flow out of his mouth!
