Legendary Hacienda DJ, Graeme Park will be celebrating the best of 80s and 90s dance music in a unique event coming to Oldham’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Graeme, who quickly became one of the biggest names on the emerging dance scene in the late 80s, will be hosting a huge 80s V 90s night on Friday 7th October.

Aside from his nine-year residency at The Haç, Graeme was one of the first British DJs to play places like Australia, South America, the USA, Asia and beyond, as well as producing and remixing tracks for the dancefloor, including The Brand New Heavies, Inner City, Eric B & Rakim, New Order, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and others.

Now, you’re invited to come off the fence, and firmly decide which decade was best – the 80s or the 90s.

Playing alongside Parky on the night, some big names from the dance scenes of both decades – with both live performances and DJ sets.

If you were clubbing in the 80s to New Order, Black Box, and Chaka Khan, OR sweating in the 90s to Daft Punk, Fatboy Slim or Ultra Nate – then it’s time to put your money where your mouth is and shout for the biggest decade!

Hear 90s dance anthems and 80s club classics from the DJs and performers who were there.
