Is this course right for me?

Our 8-week course requires a significant investment of time and energy as well as willingness to work with and change habitual patterns of living. As such, it is important to consider whether or not now is the right time for you to learn mindfulness. Now may not be the right time if: you don’t currently have the space in your life to engage fully in the material or daily practice; you’re unsure whether you’ll be able to attend all of the sessions; you’ve recently experienced a traumatic life event.

Facilitator:
Michael Canning is a former secondary headteacher as well as an experienced life coach. He is now an accomplished mindfulness practitioner and trainer with a passion for helping people realise their potential.

Refreshments will be provided

Michael is fantastic communicator, gifted speaker and leader who is skilled in creating an atmosphere in his workshops where everyone is made to feel comfortable and valued.
