Following the hugely successful run of The Dark Side of the Moon: The Fulldome Experience, we are excited to announce dates for Wish You Were Here: The Fulldome Experience, inspired by the music of Pink Floyd's critically-acclaimed 1975 album. This experience reflects the mesmerising sounds of Wish You Were Here, an album with a much more instrumental focus, and promises a very different feel to The Dark Side of the Moon. If you are looking to purchase disabled access tickets, we have a limited number available for each show. Please send an email to: call.centre@gsc.org.uk with the following information - name, preferred date and time, number of tickets required, contact phone number

More about the show:

In the latest in our stellar series of evening events for adult audiences, the Planetarium at Glasgow Science Centre proudly presents a fulldome planetarium screening of Wish You Were Here, inspired by the music of Pink Floyd. This sound and visual extravaganza features the entirety of the incredible album released in 1975, accompanied by mesmeric visualisations projected across the entirety of the planetarium's immersive 15m dome. Prior to the main feature, our expert team of astronomers will take you on a tour of the cosmos, in our state-of-the-art digital planetarium.

If you missed out on tickets for The Dark Side of the Moon: The Fulldome Experience, it will be returning to the Planetarium at Glasgow Science Centre.

This is an adults-only event, for ages 18+ and tickets cost £17pp.
Terms and Conditions:

Please click here to view our full terms and conditions. A few points to highlight for this particular event are:
• Special effects which may include, without limitation, sound, audio visual, pyrotechnic effects or lighting effects may be featured at an event. There are a few moments in "The Dark Side of the Moon: The Fulldome Experience" where there are rapidly flashing lights lasting a few seconds at a time. Also, the fulldome visuals as part of the experience create dramatic sensations of motion, which make some people feel uncomfortable. This is especially the case if you've had a wee drink before coming. To prevent things getting too "spinny" these events are not licensed, and the consumption of alcohol on the premises is not allowed.
• Glasgow Science Centre reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any terms and conditions. You may be subject to security searches prior to or during the event. There have been a few groups who have arrived at recent events under the influence. If our staff duty managers deem it appropriate you may be refused entry to the event, for your safety and the safety of others (see "spinning" above!)
• Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed. For all evening planetarium events we close and lock the Science Mall doors ten minutes after the advertised start time. Unfortunately if you arrive after this time the doors will be locked, and you will not be admitted. This is due to the nature of the planetarium experience.
