**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENTRY INTO THE EVENT**
To try to ensure fans had the best chance to get tickets for this show and to prevent their resale at inflated prices by ticket touts all customers will be sent an addressed header slip alongside their tickets for each booking, which has the name and address of the lead booker printed on it.
Therefore, in order to gain entry, customers must bring the header with the corresponding tickets and their ID will be checked against this. The lead booker must attend the concert and photo ID (such as passport/drivers license/bus pass/work pass) in its original format (no photocopies) will be required to gain entry to the venue.
IF THE ID DOES NOT MATCH, ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED.
Also, please make sure you and your guests are aware of the show's age restrictions (under 14's to be accompanied by an adult and strictly no under 14's on the Standing Floor) and bring ID proving age if necessary.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel/void your tickets if you don't have the correct ID and you may not get into the show.
Finally, we strongly recommend that you get to the venue earlier than usual to allow time for ID and security checks, doors will be open from 6:30pm.
If for any reason, you are unable to attend, the only places that ticket purchased here can be re-sold to another fan for entry to the show is via "Twickets" http://lanadelrey.twickets.co.uk/.
Other than this tickets are strictly not transferable.
