New Carnival are made up of Max, Bertie and Billy. Hailing from the Bristol area, they shared their first track back in 2012, which saw them shooting straight to number 13 on Hype Machine and their second track amassed over 200k views – incredibly impressive for a trio with no label and no team behind them.
