Along side the performances there will also be an opportunity to win some amazing prizes in a fundraising raffle. It’s going to be evening filled with fun, movement and creativity and we hope you can join us!
Thanks to funding from Mersey Arts Health and PH Holt Foundation MDI have been running a series of classes and projects within their health and wellbeing programme focusing on the five ways to well being and how dancing can improve fitness and how you feel.
