Lazy Charlotte are a Manchester alternative rock and roll band created in 2010 by Kierno who is the lead singer/song writer and lead guitar player. The band had huge success with their first ep 'I am the enemy' with all eps produced selling out within a week. The band were constantly played on many radio stations, and Kierno appeared on the TV many times! With the classic song 'Blame it on the black moon' reaching number 2 in the Manchester indie charts. They then played their first gig at Night and Day Manchester to a sold out audience. The band was then asked to headline the D fest festival Manchester to a sold out crowd, with over 30 bands appearing over a 3 day weekend!
After a while Kierno decided to embark on a solo tour with great success. In 2018 with a brand new line up Kierno has decided to put the band back together with brand new material he has written for the bands forthcoming album ' EMPIRE OF YOUTH'.
The New Line up off the band consists of Steven Lee on rhythm/lead guitar and harmonies, Taff on drums, Chris on bass and Kierno lead vocals and guitars. Already with huge interest in the Manchester music scene, the band are highly anticipated to bring out one of the best albums in the city. The band played a live version of their first single to be released 'Waterfall' live in the studio as an album teaser within 1 day the band had over 4000 hits on the song on facebook. The band are a real Manchester guitar orientated rock band and be prepared for an amazing night of real rock and roll.
