Hailing from Lancaster & Kendal, Lake Komo’s music is as much influenced by the wild areas of the North as Bon Iver, AltJ and Fleetwood Mac. After a year of snatched, secret rehearsals in damp basements they’ve been building a growing fanbase in the north west, supporting Jack Garratt and performing on the BBC Introducing Stage at Bestival. Jay (vocals/ guitar), Jess (keyboards), Pete (bass) and Maxwell (drums) have recently moved to Manchester, finally establishing a permanent rehearsal room where they are working on their debut album.
