Jono McCleery, English singer-songwriter, made his first album Darkest Light independently in 2008 funded by fans. Now signed to Ninja Tune, McCleery has gained fans in high places, including folk-star Vashti Bunyan and BBC radio DJs Tom Robinson and Fiona Talkington. McCleery has also toured with the likes of Bonobo, Fink, Jose Gonzales, Little Dragon, Jamie Woon, and Portico Quartet.
McCleery’s latest release is the well-received, jazz-tinged Seeds Of A Dandelion, an album made up of acoustic covers.
