House to Win, promoted by Jackie Richards, is offering entrants the chance to win a newly renovated two bedroomed terraced house at 25 Ellerton Road, Dagenham, Essex RM9 4HX by entering the prize draw.
you can submit up to 100 entries at any one time. Each entry costs £2.00 (fees apply).

The hope of owning a property today is, for many people, just a pipe dream and we thought it would be a fantastic idea to give someone the opportunity of realising that dream and owning their very own house. This would also give us the opportunity (if the minimum target is reached) to donate £25,000 of the ticket proceeds towards a prosthetic leg for Jordan Teodori-Faith.

The current valuation is £300,000 (approx).
The target for this contest is to sell tickets that amount to £350,000 to cover all fees, including stamp duty, solicitors’ fees, marketing, donation and administration expenditure.

To be entered successfully into the draw you must agree to the terms and conditions and you will also have to answer a question about the film Made in Dagenham'. The terms and conditions and the competition question will be displayed before you enter your card details.

The Prize Draw will run until 30 January 2018 inclusive.
The Promoter may extend the Closing Date for up to a further 3 months with a final closing date of 30 April 2018
The winner of the Prize Draw will be randomly drawn by an independent person before an audience of invited guests and shall be confirmed by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision in respect of the Winner shall be final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence in respect of such decision.
In the event that the competition winner cannot be contacted within 21 days after the end of the draw, a new winner will be chosen at random.
