With the album title referring to each song as an individual empty room where singer/songwriter Linda Battilani locked away her feelings, "Empty Rooms" is an 8-track condensed broadcast of their anthemic arena rock. Bridging the pop and alternative worlds, Halflives create a deep connection with their audience through meaningful lyrics and memorable melodies. Mixing outstanding vocals with soaring guitars, deep synth textures and groovy pounding drums, Halflives’ unique way of writing modern rock music is making them one of the most exciting bands on the new alternative scene today. With performances based on a relentless intensity and infectious energy, Halflives are on a journey to impact the world and storm stages across Europe and beyond.
Halflives just came back from a tour in Europe and the UK with Courage My Love (Canada, InVogue Records/Warner Music) to promote "Empty Rooms" quickly followed by a headliner UK tour in July, and performed at Camden Rocks Festival (London, UK) and I-Days Festival (Milan, Italy) this summer.
Halflives are currently writing new songs, working on new videos and preparing touring plans for late 2017/early 2018.
