*** There is a strict NO PASS OUTS policy at Creamfields 2025. Once your ticket has been scanned upon entry you will NOT be allowed to leave the festival and re-enter.
Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ?proper? toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*

In order to provide the best experience possible, we ask that everyone requiring the use of the accessibility facilities provided at Creamfields complete an application form. The form will be live soon, until then we ask that you log your details below and we will be in touch by email once the application is available online. You will also be informed of the relevant documentation required.
We do not sell 'Accessibility tickets', so you will need to purchase your ticket in advance before applying. If you require an 'Essential Companion' ticket, please do not purchase a ticket for your 'Essential Companion' as this will not be refunded.
