Buzzkocks were formed in Manchester UK the hometown of one of the brashest and most melodic punk bands ever, I.e. Buzzcocks.
Committed to getting the same energy and presence that Shelley,Diggle,Garvey and Maher had on stage the band are obsessed about getting their live sound just right.
Paying homage to the late Pete Shelley they aim to reproduce some of the greatest punk records of all time. So, if you never saw Buzzcocks then this is your chance to experience the thrill of such classic song as Orgasm Addict, What do I get, Promises and Ever fallen in Love.
THE CLASHED formed in 2002 just 6 weeks before the untimely death of the clash’s front man Joe Strummer. They have played more than 2000 gigs and festivals across the UK and Europe in this time. The Clashed recreate the live on-stage sound of the clash by using the same instruments as the original band used.
Some of the many highlights of The Clashed so far have been sell out gigs at London's famous 100 club, tours of the Netherlands and playing The Isle of Wight festival a couple of times. They have played extensively throughout the UK over the last 18 years to full houses from Portsmouth to Aberdeen.
Anyone attending a Clashed gigs can expect to hear all the classic hits including tommy gun, Bankrobber, London Calling and all the favourites of clash fans plus a few b sides and album track thrown in for good measure.
