PUNK AEROBICS with X-RAY SPEXCERCISE - Laughing is guaranteed!
X-ray spexercise will be bringing their punk aerobics class to nature and nurture this year, come find us in the family yoga tent. Expect to start the class with some gentle warm up exercise and relax and rejuvinate your muscles with some stretching and then flexibility exercise. The class tempo increases quicky and before you know it you'll be jumping around, squatting and lunging like you never have before..laughing is guaranteed in the 40 minute Aerobic and core part of the session, and finally, we will take the time to really cool down together and enjoy stretching as a group.. This is the perfect way to start your evening on a natural high!
