A chance for family members to breathe, connect and have fun together. Family yoga teaches simple routines, games and partner poses that the whole family can use together or individually. Stretch together, get creative with animals and shapes and enjoy calm time to bond and relax with your children. Suitable for kids aged 4+ yrs with a parent or guardian.
