This class is packed with fun and play, using games to build self-confidence, trust and expression of your own individual uniqueness! The class provides important time and space for your child to develop ideas, build strength and make new friends. Offering simple techniques to breathe and relax this also gives the opportunity for a bit of 'time-out'.
