Explore the wonderland of acroyoga including some acrobatic elements and therapeutic elements to turn your world upside down and get a whole new perspective on yoga. This playshop shares some of the FUNdamental principles of Acroyoga and is open to everyone, no need to bring a partner - just come with a sense of adventure!
