For those who like to be amidst the excitement and action of Cartmel Race Days, the restaurant is nestled within the Paddock Enclosure and offers Race-goers a superb all day hospitality package.
Simply Red, led by vocalist Mick Hucknall, rocketed to international super-star status with their debut album, Picture Book. Their smash hit "Holding Back the Years," proved Hucknell, could sing soulfully, while their cover of the Valentine Brothers' "Money's Too Tight' superbly show-cased their foray in to light funk.
