Children attending the event will be asked to sit on the floor close to the stage for the duration of the singalong performance, with parents standing to the rear.
The sing-a-long performance lasts approximately 20 minutes, and is immediately followed by a meet and greet photo opportunity with Anna, Elsa and Olaf.
One adult will be admitted free with each child aged 12 and under. Any additional adults or children will need to buy a ticket.
All children must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over. One responsible person may accompany up to three children maximum
Free Carer tickets are available for those Registered Disabled Customers who require assistance.
