Germany’s No.2 ranked Featherweight and Sweden’s No.2 ranked Featherweight collide in a battle to determine who will take the next step in reaching the top of Europe’s Featherweight division.

Both athletes fight out of two of the best MMA gyms in Europe. Max Coga of Frankfurt Germany trains out of MMA Sprit, which is home to M-1 Gobal champion Daniel “The Weasel“ Weichel and UFC women’s bantamweight Sheila "The German Tank”  Gaff. Niklas Bäckström of Stockholm Sweden trains out of the famed Allstars Training Centre with arguably Europe’s most famous MMA star Alexander Gustafsson and is highly touted to become the next Swede to enter the UFC.
