In 2006, when he was just 13 years old, Dilsinho won his first guitar from his father and performed for the first time together with his cousin Daniel at a bar in the Village, playing in bars and restaurants on Ilha do Governador . In 2009, he formed the Para de Kaô pagoda group together with friends Gabriel and Marcinho. The group's first single was "Maluca Pirada", which was later re-recorded and became a success in the voice of singer Alexandre Pires . [ 6 ] In November 2012, with the end of the group, Dilsinho started recording his first CD, produced by Bruno Cardosoand Lelê, members of the Sorriso Maroto group .

On December 19, Dilsinho recorded in Recife his second DVD entitled Open Bar, which featured the participation of Thiaguinho , Henrique & Juliano and Atitude 67 . The project has two interconnected stages. In the first, called Bedroom and Living Room, name of the album released by the singer in October 2019, where he presents intimate versions of the most romantic songs in his repertoire, with string and brass instrumentals.
