When diagnosed with lung cancer, Roy famously dedicated the rest of his life to tirelessly raising both money and awareness to combat the disease that would ultimately take his life in 1994. Twenty years on Roy’s remarkable legacy, the charity Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, continues to fund vital work to defeat lung cancer – the UK’s biggest cancer killer.
This spectacular 20th anniversary show will see singers and performers from the Liverpool club scene take to the stage to pay tribute to the late, great showman and ultimate entertainer.
