James Ropert will take participants through a series of exercises taken from his knowledge of Chi Gung, Kung Fu, Yoga and breathwork practices to help internally develop and release energy lying dormant within the body.
This workshop also includes an artist talk and a Q&A session.
James Roper attained a first degree black belt in Nam Pai Chuan Shaolin Kung Fu in 2014. He now studies Jiu Fa Quan, a mix of both traditional and modern martial arts training.
