WHAT DATE IS THE CONCERT?
Saturday 1st September 2018.
WHERE IS THE CONCERT VENUE?
The concert will take place on the Tower Festival Headland on Blackpool Promenade, FY1 1AP, directly in front of Blackpool Tower.
WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?
Gates will open at 5pm (all times subject to change) Please have your ticket ready for scanning at the gates. Groups must ensure each individual has their own ticket to allow for speedy entry.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY POLICY?
Where possible, please avoid bringing a bag with you as all bags are subject to a search by security. No backpacks, large bags, holdalls or suitcases will be permitted into the venue. There will be no temporary storage facilities for such items within the venue and it will be left to the
patron to find a safe temporary facility to hold the item.
Should you require a bag please ensure it is no larger than an A4 piece of paper. You may be subject to a search by security upon entry, this is standard procedure and will only take a few moments.
WHAT TIME WILL THE CONCERT START?
Entertainment will start from 7pm (ALL times subject to change).
WHAT TIME WILL THE CONCERT END?
It is anticipated that the concert will end by 10:30pm (ALL times subject to change).
I HAVE A GOLDEN CIRCLE TICKET WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This means you will be in an area immediately in front of the stage. You will be given a wristband on entry to the area which must be worn throughout the concert. On entry please ensure you have your ticket ready for scanning.
IS THE CONCERT OUTDOORS?
Yes, please ensure you dress for the rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted as they block the view of others. The concert is fully standing. No chairs are permitted.
WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR CHILDREN?
Customers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18+ Please be prepared to show identification if requested. All customers require a ticket.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?
No, food and drink is not permitted into the arena. There are a number of food and drink concessions with in the arena for customers to purchase from.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS?
The concert venue is hard standing and flat with easy access for all customers. There will be a wheelchair user platform which is strictly for

WHAT IS THE RE-ENTRY POLICY?
Once your ticket has been scanned you will not be able to leave the concert venue and re-enter. Of course, you are free to leave to concert at any time should you need to.
WILL OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, official merchandise will be available to purchase within the arena.
ARE THERE CASH MACHINES IN THE ARENA?
Yes, they will be located near the food and drink concessions.
